In Italy and throughout the world, Covid19 health emergency is radically altering market scenarios, imposing new social habits and different ways of working.
In response to this situation, at Ivars we acted immediately to identify new seating solutions capable of both responding to current market demands and anticipating future needs. We also strengthened the tools we use for interacting with our clients as well as developing new ones. Our goal is to overcome the "barriers" resulting from this complex health emergency and ensure close support and constant dialogue with all our partners.
To this end, we have enhanced our existing tools such as our configurators, Ivars website and our LinkedIn page.
You will find numerous configurators on "Create your chair" page in the Seating section of the website: College, Marilyn, Cary, Liz, I70, Andy and many more.
We created these tools to let you explore all the possible configurations and choose the right solution for office, home, waiting room or Contract environments. Start by selecting backrest and/or shell in the colour or upholstery option you prefer, with or without the additional accessories available. Next select the different types of components (bases, castors, etc.) to create the solution which best suits your needs.
With just a simple click you can see all the versions available for each model and send your chosen configuration directly to your sales representative asking for a dedicated offer.
In addition to our configurators, on Ivars website you will find numerous tools such as complete and constantly updated catalogues, sub-divided into Office, Community and Classic Seating Catalogues, plus our Components Catalogue. You can also browse brochures in digital format for single products, in-depth news about our company and products, both on our home page and within the specific Divisions. Lastly, you can have access to all the other information regarding Ivars World, thus further exploring the content we continuously publish on our Ivars Spa LinkedIn page.
But that’s not all: innovation is, in fact, the main strength of all new Ivars tools, which have been developed to be as close as possible to our clients and optimise our service, consistently with our corporate vision of “The Man at the centre”.
The latest news is the innovative 3D platform provided to our sales department.
This digital product presentation tool provides a detailed three-dimensional view, which can be shared in real time with any client, anywhere.
All you need to use it is a standard 3G connection, as it is constructed using Artificial Intelligence algorithms designed to optimise functionality.
The platform lets you discover the real “heart” of our products, meaning those elements that make each model distinctive and unique. Indeed, by using this tool, the seat can be rotated and zoomed and more importantly, disassembled and reassembled as many times as you wish, offering you an exploded view of every single component in the kit. You can thus learn about all the details, evaluating all the components and possible alternatives together with your sales representative.
From the platform it is possible to directly access all our digital catalogues and any other area of the website, including our configurators.
